All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, May 24, 2015. 6. The winners will be contacted within 5 days of the closing date of the prize draw and will receive the full details of the prize within 28 days. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize is a 30 minute Spitfire Flight experience and a VIP trip to the Royal International Air Tattoo. The Spitfire Flight experience cannot be taken at the Air Tattoo and will be arranged for a time mutually convenient for both the winner and operator. The flight will be in a two-seater spitfire with an experienced pilot and the winner will not be allowed to fly the aircraft. The person taking the Spitfire flight must have a reasonable standard of health and fitness with no pre-existing medical conditions or history of heart/blood pressure problems, must not be pregnant and must be able to get in and out of the aircraft unassisted.The flight must be taken by Monday, May 23, 2016. The operator reserves the right to make their own decision about the winner’s suitability for flight. The VIP trip to the Royal International Air Tattoo is for Friday, July 17, 2015 only and includes entry for two to the event, a behind-the-scenes tour and one night’s stay at Cotswold Water Park Hotel on Thursday, July 16, 2015 for two people. Travel is not included.
8. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
9. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
