Hi i currently have a car on finance with motornovo im 9 months away from the 50% mark can i pay the the 9 payments early and vt now or would I need to wait for the time to pass aswell?

The reason i ask is ive bought a new car with a bank loan with a spare 2.5k to pay off the finance on the old one the problem is that ive only been offered £2400 for it and i still owe £5121± a payment of 147.99 on the 15th whick means ill be about 369 short when i thought id be over.

If i could pay tge next 9 payments it would only be £1323 and ill be £1177 better off

Help :o

You can do it at any time you've paid 50% of the total amount payable (including any fees, etc.).

Called them up for a settlement figure then mentioned the vt they where fine told me all I needed to know but also offered a reduced settlement figure by nearly £1000 which will leave me in the black without any hassle think this route will be easier. Problem i have now is the car is sorn and not insured ill need to take it to webuyanycar what's the legalities with this?

You need to tax & insure it if you are going to drive it to WBAC. IIUC there are some companies that specialise in one day/short term insurance.

If you plan to VT the car, what is it you plan to sell through WBAC??

I thought you'd borrowed more than you needed to buy a new car and were using the extra to pay off the contractual amount owed to be able to VT? Don't you normally give the car back when you VT..?

you do know that you are required to insure fully comp any car on hp.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
