No offers at my local lidl

Do the offers appear when you select your local store on the website?
If they do, and the store isn't offering those offers, then the website might be misleading advertising.
Otherwise there's no requirement for offers to be available at every store - and Lidl are clear on their website that you need to select the store to see which offers apply.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

And even if a weekly offer leaflet is shown online they have the usual "Offers available in selected stores only, see instore for details" disclaimer in small print on the bottom of the last page0 -
Yes the offers are shown for the store online. I contacted customer services again and after being put on hold was told that the store manager has decided not to run the offers as he feels the store is too small.
Surely that can't be right. The store less than a mile away is only slightly bigger and runs the weekly and weekend offers0 -
Wasn't aware the managers had that option but maybe they do.
Use the 1 less than a mile away.0 -
The customer services adviser was also quite shocked that the manager had that power and agreed that the people in the area were being ripped off.
I walked past the Kentish town store today on my way to the Camden store and it was virtually empty. The Camden store was busy and had it's usual long queue, but it didn't bother me because they had all the offers I wanted.0 -
Yup vote with your feet- and tell Lidl on twitter why you do (naming the branches)I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
Lidl never have enough stock of the offers in. The weekend offers that are usually on the back of the leaflet I don't even bother going for as they are never to be found. Either never had them in to start with or they had such low stock of them that they are sold out by 10am.0

no such problems at my local. Always lots of extra stock , usually lasts well into Sunday afernoon ( and sometimes into the following week as they have too much )
Speak to the shop manager to express your concerns ?0 -

Every time I go past its rammed! I'm happy to pay 40 pence extra for the juice I wanted at Tesco's a bit further down to avoid the queues. Good to see that Lidl are giving their managers some autonomy too many times head office imposes blanket nationwide rules regardless of local conditions.0 -
Got to say the Kentish Town Lidl always seems pretty busy when I walk by...funny that they opened up right next door to a Tesco :-)0
