Cash for clothes not releasing cheque

Help! I feel so daft. I had cash for clothes pick up 20 or so black bin bags full of stuff. They came on the 23rd March and I have heard nothing since. I have called and been told the cheque is on the way, messages passed on and basically been fobbed off.

I cannot get hold of them on any of the numbers on the website, not answering my emails and I can't find a twitter or facebook page to go on.

Any ideas? I know it won't be a massive amount of money but it is the principle now.

I think people will be better off if they just donate them to charity. That not so massive amount can make a big difference somewhere else.

I would rather give my spare items to charity shops than to these scam people , they are entirely dishonest with their prices and in my opinion i would rather my products go to someone less needy.:T
