Woolwich Rate Switch Process

I've just applied for a Woolwich rate switch online as we're at the end of our fix with them and happy with a product offered.
They're sending out a mortgage rate switch pack in the post. Can anyone who has completed the process confirm the documents you need to provide please?
I may need to request hard copies of payslips and bank statements if required so want to be well prepared so as to get it done as quickly as possible. Many thanks

We handle a number of these for clients.
You don't need to provide any documents - just select your rate going forward.I am a Mortgage Broker
