Evil Capquest!

Arrrgggghhhh just needed to moan!

Just called capquest and spoke to the rudest women in the world!

I was with a debt management company but decided to leave them because I got some money from selling my house I was able to clear some debts in full and sort out the others through a payment plan direct to creditors or debt collectors

I was paying £1 a month today I offered to an immediate payment of £1000 and £50 a month until I get a job then I can start paying more off the stupid women was so rude and only just accepted my offer she was saying could I pay £2500 and pay £100 a month If I could afford it I would have offered that in the first place, I want to be out of debt as soon as possible but at the moment £50 is all I can afford, why are people so horrible when you are really trying to sort things out!

Cowbag! right feel better now!

Personally I would only deal with DCA via letter two reasons, you don't have to listen to there terrible customer service skills and secondly you can make them either stick to what they say if its in writing or b you have evidence how bad they are to complain.

I am sorry you had to put up with terrible attitudes when offering them monies, they have never heard of the saying never knock a gift horse!

Your Thread Title says it all - CRAPQUEST are, indeed, EVIL

I, too, would only deal in writing - you never know when you might need evidence when dealing with the likes of these scum.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Always do and get everything from CRAPquest in writing.

hi all, just wanted to throw this in about Robinson Way and Company - Manchester...i owe em £1500 (well £1300 if you subtract bank charges) and am arguing the ammount due to the banks original charges, co*k and son way do not like this.anyway i offered £250 to clear whole debt, they came back with £360 to clear, i agreed on condition they put it in writing, when the letter arrived they stated that even after paying the agreed £360 i could still be liable for the rest with another company, i called em up and the moron said it only applied to couples, i said fine please remove that line and resend the letter? they declined threatening to pass it to thier solicitors. i hung up and sent a reply.i have since been on goog and read some very disturbing accounts of robinson way and company - truely appauling! i wont go into details. does anyone know of any action groups trying to shut down these scu*bag* ? i would love to join and donate !i recommend anyone who feels threatened by robinson way to write to thier local MP and write to rob way stating you will seek a county court order to stop bullying behaviour if they do not stop harrasing people.good luck with debt everyone!SickOfEm
