Loan aganinst agriculture land

Hello every one ,

I am from Madhya Pradesh and MY dad is a property dealer. We got an agriculture land 4 acre. Can I get a loan from bank against this agriculture land for construction of house ?

Inputs from your side are greatly appreciated. :rotfl:

    You could try actually asking a bank in your area as opposed to a UK online forum, Just a thought but I believe it is called common sense.

    If you are in UK - then no is the answer - the land will be worthless to anybody without planning permission.

    I agree with jonesMUFCforever and if it's agricultural land in UK you will be very lucky to get planning permission.

    Unless you have a mate who happens to be a politician who could 'help out' with planning permission.
