1. Participation
This prize draw is only open to persons with permanent residence in the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of the Thomas Cook Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

To enter participants need to access the Thomas Cook UK Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ThomasCook. Entrants must go to the “Cape Verde Watch & Win” promotional prize draw post.

Entrants must then watch the short video about Cape Verde and post a comment about what they’d most like to do on Cape Verde.

A maximum of one post per person can be uploaded and entered into the prize draw.

Liking or re-tweeting the post is optional and will not increase the chances of winning.

2. Prize Draw Closing Date
The overall prize draw entry period will close at midnight on 26th May 2015. No further entries will be allowed after this time.

3. Winner Selection
After the closing date, one winner will be selected at random from all entries that have met these terms & conditions.

The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw.

The winner will be offered the prize as detailed below.

4. The prize
A Thomas Cook package holiday to the Oasis Atlantico Salinas Sea Resort for 2 people for 7 nights. The holiday can be taken between 1 June 2015 and 25th October 2015. Restrictions may apply on selected peak dates and choice of date is subject to availability at the time of booking. Flights are with Thomas Cook Airlines from London Gatwick. Board basis is all inclusive. Resort transfers and 15kgs luggage allowance are included.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. In all cases, the winners must book their holiday within 30 days of accepting the prize, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

The holiday prize does not include travel insurance, travel to/from the winners home to Gatwick Airport or other associated costs which must be arranged by the winner. All optional extras, and any other expenses not specified as part of the prize must be paid for by the winner.

The winner and companion must be able to satisfy the entry requirements for travel to the destination including, holding necessary passport, visa and insurance. The holiday booking is subject to the booking conditions of the company providing the prize.

If for any reason beyond its control the prize is unable to be provided as detailed, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar standard.

5. Winner Notification and Announcement
The winner will be contacted no later than the 3rd June 2015. The winner will be sent a private message to their Facebook account used to submit the entry.

The winner must accept their prize no later than 72 hours from the time of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in the prize being forfeited and another winner selected.

The name of the winner will be published on Facebook and in other media by 15th June 2015.

6. Conditions of Participation
Entries will be rejected and removed from the site if they contain:

content that refers to a competitor
content that is in regards to a complaint or negative service
content that refers to illegal, sexually explicit or morally offensive behaviour
content that has been submitted more than once/ duplicate
content that is inappropriate, doesn’t relate to the prize draw theme
Entrants agree to indemnify Thomas Cook against all costs, claims, loss, damage or expense that may result from any third party claim arising from any breach of these warranties by the entrant.

The normal rules and privacy policy of Facebook will apply to all entries that are posted in addition to these prize draw rules.

7. Miscellaneous
The winner may be required to take part in publicity as requested by the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue the prize draw at any time, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, due to reasons beyond its control.

The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may occur to any hardware or software used by entrants as a result of participation in this prize draw.

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate this prize draw if necessary due to computer virus, tampering, bugs, technical failure or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the security, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion.
