Electoral Roll Information for Loan Application

Hi there,

I registered on the electoral roll with my local council back in January 2015 and they confirmed in writing in February that I had been added and would be included on the 1st March update.

I plan to shortly apply for a loan, however I have checked my credit reports with the 3 main providers (equifax, experian and callcredit) and my new electoral roll information has only been updated on equifax.

I did raise disputes with both callcredit and experian around a week back but am yet to have any response from them. How long should it normally take for this information to be added to my credit file?

Thanks

Typically it takes a month to 6 weeks for the agencies to update this information, though at certain times of the year it can take a bit longer.
After over 2 months then it is certainly reasonable to query this with them.
