Use to work as a agency cleaner and that job ended and now I have a different job. The last week I worked as an agency cleaner I forgot to send my timesheet to agency because I was upset and panicking about loosing my job. Anyway as soon as I remembered I sent them the time sheet which was a month and a half ago and they still have not paid me my £82 every time I call they give me an excuse and keep telling me the delay is not with them but with the company whome I was sent to I was thinking of directly contacting the company and telling them that the fee the agency has not paid me and is blaming them.. Is there anything I can do I feel like am being screwed over I have been more than patient. Please help

Get on to the agency and quote the Agency Conduct Regulations at them.
Regulation 12: Employment businesses cannot withhold workers' pay purely because for example the employment business has not received payment from the client or because the worker cannot produce an authenticated timesheet.
Many agencies rely on the fact that workers don't know all their rights to avoid paying wages, holiday pay etc. Most will fold as soon as you show that you do know what you are taking about. If still no joy, inform them (in writing/email) that if you do not receive all money due to you within x days, you will be reporting them to their professional body for failing to meet minimum standards (if a member, REC or APSCo) and the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate for failure to comply with the rules, they can impose fines and even stop the agency from trading.Mortgage = [STRIKE]£113,495 (May 2009)[/STRIKE] £67462.74 Jun 20190 -
You can keep posting but what do you want to achieve.?
Time to get clear on the facts, you then do a letter before action and submit a money claim online, nobody can help you other then yourself in doing this
The only agency I've truly let of was because I needed their help reference wise I suspect and that they left the door open if I wanted to go back working for them and in absolute respect they always paid me on time, despite me not always getting the time sheet to them on time and working a couple of hours notice instead of the full day, just goes to show eh.0
