Just remember give with one hand and take much more from the other hand. Pretty much with the raising of the tax allowance. vat etc. I very doubt the TV licence will be reduced. I do think it will be scrapped and replaced with a subscription service as if they remove the criminal part of it I sure will refuse to pay it0 -
