    Evening

    Waves to local people

miss_co - I use them in Asda Living Spytty all the time, they take them no bother ;)

Also Asda Newport Pillgwenlly are pretty good. And Cwmbran.

I would avoid it in the Duffryn store though, got trouted with a £13 the other day - kept me hanging around for a while while the section leader had to take it away and go and check it <rolls eyes> all good in the end though

Dang it! Didn't even think of Cwmbran thats always busy as well. Oh well. As soon I decided to leave it the stree knot in my stomach went. I'm still ahead really, I would rather be able to carry on using APG's in my local than getting banned or followed.
I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)

Afternoon all, a gale is blowing outside.

Did something very daft this morning, ended up having a fall and ended up turning my foot, manfully limped around all morning but I've now given in to it, confined to the sofa, foot on a cushion with an ice compress, dressing gown and fleece - freezing cold
I can just about put my weight on it and I can wiggle the toes looks a bit swollen but no bruise yet, ankle ok just seems to be the side of the foot, when I was walking around on it it did loosen up a bit but if I am sat for anytime its painful and stiff
I was all for going to a& e but Oh didn't want to spend 5 hours waiting around and I didn't really want to come away bandaged up or having a foot in plaster for months - difficult baths and showers, no weekends away, using a stick etc
Just have to see what happens now.

Not taken any pain killers - my thinking is if I don't feel the pain I will keep walking on it - feel a bit queasy and sleepy - didn't bang my head though, feeling very sorry for myself :D

Hope everyone is having a better Saturday :j
