I had to put central heating on yesterday it was so cold. Well, we haven't had a pre-summer heatwave this year so hopefully we might get a 'proper' summer.
Re that Cissus Quadrangularis I ordered for pain. The jury is still out on this but it's supposed to take 2-3 weeks to gain full benefit & we've been taking 13/14 days.
Both of us had to download the doseage from 2 caps twice a day to 1 cap twice daily after 2 days as flatulence was dreadful & you daren't walk in the bathroom as even urine smelled bad - really bad!:o:eek::eek:
Both of us feel some benefit but not as much as we'd hoped, however, we'll persevere. This has also been touted to be a miracle for losing weight - it isn't, neither of us has lost anything! We were living in hope about that too but it hasn't happened. Also been touted to help with diabetes, cholesterol etc. etc. My diabetic appt. today has been cancelled to some time in future, I suppose it'll get a better trial after longer period. Jury is still out on this but will give it time. We do both think it's taken the edge off some pain so worth continuing to see if that continues.
MSE seems to be having some problems as often pages won't load, I keep getting 'lost connection to server' other pages load OK though.0 -
Good Afternoon
Hope this site is working now I logged off earlier.
Took Poppy walkies and went to Mr A for some tins Heinz beans and sausages that TM posted about the other day being 48p a tin :T:T
Looked at dog food couldn't see any cheaper so didn't bother buying any for Poppy. Also couldn't see any cheap cat food.0 -

 What did the 'real' wombles do if it was wet n windy :rotfl:
They carried on wombling whatever the weather if I remember correctly, even in the snow
SFSB lovely to see you back and what great news on your return :T
Oh dear, I see a mistook, am leaving the wobbler alone :rotfl: :rotfl:

tweets, I didn't fall asleep, I even managed to watch last nights show without dozing off :cool:There's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Good idea to reduce the dosage, not very pleasant side effects especially with the two of you taking this. :rotfl: :rotfl:
As you say, you are only on two weeks now so hopefully by the end of week three you will feel the benefits. There's no place like home
