Last womble due soon but Pepsi 2L at 98p, £2.97 Ariel, £1.97 Lenor, £1.97 cheese and mbuy savings are not the way!
Strange thing on the Shloers (lowest prices have been about 89p each so 2 for £3 isn't the way to go:() - at least the one ending BC 20213 has gone through at £4.30 individual price(?!?) on the receipt and £5.60 mbuy saving - 2 for £3.0 -

After some help with further education .....DS has just graduated but wants to change direction completely.......better now than when he is 40 and has years of regret eh?:rotfl::rotfl::cool::cool:
He wants to do a masters neuropsychology:eek: this is not news to me as it's always been his hobby and he has not enjoyed the last three years at uni studying a completely unrelated subject and can't stand the thought of spending the rest of his life in an industry which he has no interest in!
So ......with a 2:1 in an unrelated subject he could get onto the masters course he really wants to do...........except he has to meet requirements for statistics & research methods in social sciences.........this masters course has bursary as it's a transition period for funding of masters courses but only for the year 15/16.....which would save him £££££££'s as non repayable....and it's fairly local...so do any of you lovely people know how on earth he could access a suitable course to give him the statistics and research methods ???
A very long shot I know but seriously the elite are such a diverse group I was hoping that one of you had knowledge in this area!!
many thanks in advance ...........you can all get back to glitching now:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Different Shloer to what I thought. But no good as it loses out vs T:
2 x Shloer Sparkling Red Grape Juice Drink (4x275ml)£3.00£5.00
I so wish they had bought just one pack at £4.30 vs £2.50 T:):rotfl:. It doesn't compare versus anywhere else:T:rotfl:.0 -
Has he enquired at the unviersity where he is looking to take the course? Is it a stated entry requirement? They may have bridging options for their courses if it is a specific requirement and the course attracts students who have not studied the subject before. I would start there as he needs to know the specific requirements (taking any reserch methods or statistics course may not meet the requirement so would need to check before investing more time and energy elsewhere).

thanks Anon :A we have exhausted enquiries at said uni as all links we sent to the professor in question regarding suitability of courses (I agree no point in taking them unless accepted) were just about ignored .....and requests for advice/help from said professor were also not answered ...........could almost feel him sneering - had to stop myself replying on son's behalf to remind him exactly WHY he is there! Admissions dept just reply with 'contact professor 'YNWA JFT96 :A0 -

Hello all, been home a few hours but internet is playing up
Hope the party went well Nannylala and that you're having a lovely day today.
I've had a very miserly May - less than £30 on groceries, although we were away for two weeks, so not really a representative figure. Belt tightening will continue in June. I really need something like the M fruit and veg deal we had last year. Handwash etc is all very well but it isn't great for feeding us lol.0 -
TrulyMadly wrote: »RN......have you caught up with the 11 RTC items on old APG?
Might be some stuff in your local you can try in on.
There were loads of gravies and sauces in mine yesterday but nothing compared well. Boxes and boxes of the foil Bisto casserole mixes down to 40p. Heinz Caesar salad cream and other obscure stuff too
Been reading back and trying to untangle the 11+ rtcs (love that it is our sig) and old vs new APG - with only limited success :rotfl:
Sanex deo and bath stuff worked today with massager on old.
Also put a toe in the 11+ rtc water - have no idea how or why this works but tried the fruit mentoes rtc at 30p - probably old news but below results vs T
10 x Mentos Fruit Roll (38g) £6.00. £4.20
Think it works out approx 10p a tube? But was surprised by M results
10 x Mentos Fruit Roll (38g) £6.00 £3.47
Approx 4p a tube?
Late to the party- can see peeps have been having fun with this so will go on a rtc hunt asap
Who was the op of the 11+ please - good spot :T0 -

Was going to, TM, but thanks for asking. Will remember the switch off idea but do hope the old stays for a while. Mind you, it works on the new too! :T:T
