I'd better get to bed.....it's been an eventful day here. Not only did I make a rhubarb crumble that was maybe not pretty.....but edible
We also had PANDARAMA
Ds2 has a panda he's very fond of that comes with us on every journey out. Well he left him in the car after yesterday's outing and didn't realise until this morning......after DS1 had unwittingly driven off in the said car with Panda in the back seat
The morning was filled with frantic text messagesonce we established Panda was indeed still in the car DS2 was still distraught and demanded photographic evidence of Panda being alive and well
Well Bless DS1 :A what a star!!Panda had his photo taken with the Liverpool Philharomic orchestra
, he was snapped enjoying a double cheeseburger at MacDonalds
, he then moved onto the Paul McCartney auditorium at Lipa after lunch and was photographed pointing to the sign. He then finished the day off being a party animal with DS1 and friends before being chauffeured all the way back from Liverpool when DS1 wasn't meant to be coming back
Brotherly love :A :A0 -
You know, I think they'll all £4.25 in M (those of 'around those sizes' that were 'normally' £8.50) but I have an incomplete list as my store only bothered to do half a job:( and had left "Eday low price" on some of them. To be fair to them, they are doing a good job - I saw a lady member of staff in the chiller area a few weeks ago changing a lot of things there, working flat out and, maybe, not able to keep up. But doing a very good job.
Perhaps a bit like me now - I'm getting there, slowly but surely. I'm about just over halfway through:eek::(. I'll leave the "Baby Dry"s off the list, I think, to short-cut as they are 'buy in M' - I'm not even sure that the one I have put as 'Tvs M' even is £4.25 in M. Msm says it is, but I do not have that size anywhere - unless it is lost at the moment in the lots of information I have.
I'm not going to continue all night, as I have my own reasons (other things to do:rotfl:), but I am more than halfway so, in that sense, got "most" of it done. Indian meals, 450g, on £1.86 - still to get to.
Bye now:wave:.0 -
Good evening.
I am not sure if this means anything, but Walkers 24 packs were not displaying any 2 for £5 sels instore this evening and staff member said the offer had finished. No multi showing then or now on A website but there was a multi showing on MSM. Multi on MSM at 11.30 only seemed to include Variety, Meaty and Wotsits 24 packs. When scanning Monster Munch, it was flashed 2 for £5 on MSM but clicking on the multi ... only brought up Variety, Meaty and Wotsits.
We will know in 3 hours (most probably the morning!) if this glitches (or glitches!), but multi 2 for £5 did come off when buying Variety and Monster instore.
And another thing, scanning Variety 24 pack on MSM app brought up 20 pack but scanning on A app showed 24 pack, so it appears to be in there twice?
Just checked MSM again post midnight and multi now missing for Variety so maybe 2 for £5 multi finished yesterday evening and I just caught the changeover? If that is the case it supports the view that offers don't just change on Wednesday.

And, do you know what?, my fav. newsreader has left - https://twitter.com/chriseakinnews - I did catch his leaving live on air earlier but, like I often do when something significant is happening, I act as if nothing's happened. At least there's hope for fc's son as George Alagiah will, eventually, we hope, be back.
However, Mr Eakin's departure is not the reason I'm going elsewhere - I've got toothache, so been struggling with that, and gonna go to the dentists later on today. At least they'll be no rushes home on Saturday afternoons to see if Mr Eakin is on BBC One news in future:rotfl:, as we know he won't be.
:rotfl: (I know it's Friday btw;):rotfl:.)
