Re cramp - bitter lemon has quinine in it - FAR more palatable than tonic water. Irn Bru also has quinine in but not sure how much it has. Bitter lemon is on a par with Tonic water - about 100ml or so should see you right. HTH
I've had night time cramp for years & Bitter Lemon (diet) works well for me. I also usually have some in the car as sometimes I get cramp in lower foot/toes. Not nice when you hit the pedals, or should read when you can't hit the pedals.
I can also vouch for tonic water and bitter lemon as have had them both before for cramp. Check the label though as if I remember rightly Morries or it may be A, own label doesn't contain quinine. I bought Schweppes and it did contain it.:happylove Nanny to 2 Cherubs :happylove0 -

Hope everyone is ok.
I had the worst leg leg cramp last night, I shot out of bed at some disgusting hour sometime last night with red hot pain shooting down my leg. It's still throbbing now and blooming hurts. Anyone know any other remedies other than stuffing my face with bananas to keep cramp at bay.

Good evening all
Been MIA as life is quite hectic at the moment. I have my new car - Nissan GTR and it is awesome. Off to Marbella next week with my 19 year old niece (it's gonna get messy) and work is mental.
Hope you are all doing ok. Miss reading David and Fairclaires posts as they always make me laugh, but hope to catch up soon (maybe as I am sipping cocktails by the hotel pool next week )0 -
I'm thinking of buying a nutri bullet. Anyone got any words of wisdom as to whether they are worth the money or the best thing since sliced bread or save your money please0
