Spot on MKS - I perform civil ceremonies - marriages, civil partnerships, baby namings etc. :) Usually it's a lovely job but it's not well paid and it goes very quiet in the winter.

Must dash off to work, have a good day all. :)

It does sound lovely, just a shame it's not the other way round - busy in winter and quiet in summer.

Afternoon luvlies, apologies if already posted but not caught up all day.

Just back from my ex Netto and apparently they are discontinuing lots of frozen lines. I know someone got the CBY ham and pineapple pizzas I posted about a couple of weeks ago so I know it's in more than one store.

Anyway - all the RTC lines in the photos below have now dropped to 10p! I don't have a lot of freezer space so all the pies are for my BIL. They also had stacks of Good Fellas Pizzas for 10p too.

    Good afternoon all...

I'll throw a little curved ball into the cramp discussion if I may....

My midwife used to suggest that its not just lack of salt that can cause the night cramps but a combination of baby taking more nutrients from mum and during the latter stages of pregnancy its also magnesium and calcium that you can become deficient of....so she used to say a warm milky drink before bed might help....failing that some multivitamin supplements which you can get from the midwife.....

years after childbirth...and I still suffer especially in summer...and no ive not found anything that actually works.....

    Afternoon All,

I suffer badly with cramp in my thighs during the night, and I am definitely not pregnant, :D (far too old for all that :p)

I have been having them for years and don't know of anything that actually works, so I hope it is the pregnancy hormones Mrs Stinkface and that you don't have to put up with it for much long.

Thank you, popped back in to check. Not reduced in mine, all still full price :(. Good job really as no freezer space anyway. Is your store getting a refit?
