Phew, finally home. It feels like we've been travelling forever. Now struggling to keep awake so we can go to bed at a sensible time. We don't get Jasmine back until tomorrow morning, the house seems very empty without her.
I see there are a few birthdays today but tired brain is struggling to recall who so :bdaycake: for all who are celebrating.
Whilst away I managed to get the old APG site on my iPad. I left the tab open and did not switch the iPad off but had to put it into flight mode. As soon as I got home it refreshed and reverted to the new:(

What are the rules regarding landlords doing inspections?

My eldest has lived in various rentals over the last 8 years and inspections by the landlord are regular events.
In the flat she is in now the landlord lives next door so the flat is immaculate all of the time
