there is no feeling sorry for yourself once the kids get home from school :o I snapped at OH on the phone tonight because he was just talking about him :o he put the phone down on me ......good luck to him when he next rings

I never rang him back and I ignored the calls and text messages that followed. I have a life too :)

Does anyone else on here run? I've never been athletic but my weight loss plateaued after Christmas so I've started using the free NHS couch to 5K app. I'm on week 4 now and the jogging sections are getting longer so I think I ought to get some proper trainers. Anyone have any recommendations for where to look for some decent shoes that won't break the bank? I've looked on Sports Direct but there is soooo much choice and I haven't got a clue where to start.

DD got her last pair from Oasics (sp) she is extremely happy and my sister who runs alot has several pairs. Best to get yourself assessed for free in a sports shop with treadmill then using their advice find them cheaper elsewhere.
Don't know if a shop in bicester but as Ford outlet is a nice day out ad has an oasics discount store. Plus if you show your driving licence at customer information and you are not local you get a discount card.

I found your post, just working back to see who started the ball rolling...

That was my thinking but not sure if I am right. Can't remember whose comparison but the shampoo and conditioner on it were £1 each in Ts that is where I got my calculation from £2 divided by 3 is 66p! Think the other item was the hair colour. Sorry not looked back.

I didn't realise it was my first thread that whole glitch was found/discussed :D

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
VT, yes I managed a shower, just  so no longer a manly mare :) I smell lovely, skin is soft and moisturised :rotfl: :rotfl:

Had problems holding onto the grab bars due to OA but got as far as shower head, it felt sooooo good after my daily strip washes. One thing I've noticed though is how bad my other joints are, hips , left knee shoulders etc. tingly end joints in fingers meant the towel dropped to the floor and soaked up residue water grrrrr. Never mind plenty more on towel rail.

Hoping to sleep better tonight as feel relaxed but starting to ache a little in my lower back. Go away Mr S Cia tica :p

Hope you are as well as can be VT and managed to get bed made up again :)

I'm leaving that one in lol
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

If I may be forgiven - I'm sure the answer is yes, the new items on M will be a bit late again, as I'm just feeling tired and going to bed (I suppose not unreasonable at 47 minutes past midnight really:rotfl:) - I've crossed off what's expired (or is doubtless about to) - things to go on probably not that much but include Princes Pink Salmon (213g), the Harpics have gone from the Toilet Cleaners and now onto the White & Shine Bleaches once again, 84p Go Ahead! Slices maybe, if that's not beaten by elsewhere, Hobgoblin Gold 500ml at 99p, Quorn Pepper Steaks, Mornflake Chocolately Squares cereal for Tvs M, 5L KTC Veg. Oil has gone back to £4 again, Irn Bru Cans packs £1.87, I know, I'm sounding a boring monotone again:rotfl:, the doughnuts (5 pack Jam, Custard etc. and 6 pack Sugar Ring) going down to 47p - don't get tempted! - and Bernard Matthews Turkey Steaks (900g) are back and they are at £3 (as ever:rotfl:), Oxo Beef and Oxo Chicken Cubes (24 pack) each on £1.50.

The Persil Small & Mighty 40 washes, that were comparing very badly, have now gone down to £4.99 (:T:T if they pick that up rather than £9.99) but are offset by the 25 wash going up to £6.79:(. Watch that now be cheaper in A:(:( - and, in M, I think the 25 wash ones are at most people's eye-level btw:rotfl::rotfl: - I can imagine people, in a rush, picking the 25 wash up and paying £6.79:eek::eek: - now, it seems, they cost £2.80 more than the much bigger 40 wash bottles:rotfl::rotfl:.

That's, more or less, what is to go onto the M list but not the expensive 25 wash bottles of course:rotfl:. There may be a few more - who knows if pricing in A, once I go and find out what that is, will show the Radox 250ml and Radox Bath 500ml as being favourable. Carex Kids Cola, Bubblegum and whatever the other Kids one is, are back on 90p in M: I've long lost track of whether the mbuys for A ever came back on or whether they did but whether they are off now or on.

I've also got some new items, in the sense of brand-new products, to mention later, in case any of them are on multispend:D offers but have somehow not yet made it to online. There are a few here and there, scattered throughout the info. I have with me.

I think the equiv. of the Ex. Special Tomatoes have now gone back up to £1.75, so that they've gone off even though they never went onto the list.

    Goodnight!:)

Best price and Celebrate do you think the cheapness of the haircare stuff on both your posts has something to do with haircare being 342 at Ts at the moment. Both receipts have 3 hair care items on. Seems to be dividing into thirds but not sure how. Anyone care to try and say what I am thinking, I'm not doing a very good job of it I'm tooo tired
