    Just to let you know about the prices that you see for M on my M list. Occasionally (probably on every price collection:rotfl:), I come across incorrect prices showing in one of my Ms - and no doubt the APG and TPP collectors also do too.

    Where I "know" a price to be incorrect, I use what I believe to be the correct price instead (usually I know that from other stores). The price comparison schemes may or may not have the "correct" price - it depends what they get from their stores. However, where it is completely up in the air, for example as with the McVities Medleys at the moment (all stores I have showing full price on the aisle stock but occasional offer labels around other parts of the stores here and there), I tend to leave the item off the list altogether or I'll probably mention the problem somewhere and be unable to decide. For example, the Pork Sausages recently - £1.19 in two stores I checked, but 79p in two others - you decide!:D:rotfl::( Anyone's guess. It should not be that way of course. It ought to be 100% clear. Anyway, I'm sounding perhaps like a broken record and it seems clear that, at the moment, those sausages are now £1.19. Occasionally, I use msm/m.com to "help" and, sometimes, they help me to know what I think is the correct price, confirming the majority of the information I have - and sometimes they add further confusion to the matter and make me even less clear than I was before:rotfl:. I don't use msm, certainly not as primary source, as prices are not obtained from there (for either of the price comparison schemes). And I know of occasions where m.com, and therefore msm, have been 'wrong' as regards what the instore prices are - and, correctly each time as it turns out, I've stuck by my own information and my own guns and said ignore msm, it is wrong! Is msm showing correct price on the Go Ahead! things yet? It had 83p last week - they were, and still are, all 84p!

    Hmmm... I just looked at m.com and it has 83p on them all. They are not showing this price instore. I have clear 84ps throughout - in all stores I've seen. So, I believe they will not compare to 83p but, if they compare correctly, would compare to 84p. That is the most minor one - sometimes the difference between m.com and stores has been a lot more out than that!

    Even £11.70 for 70cl is pretty expensive compared to petrol at just £1.15 a litre, given no oil rigs or ships are involved.

    Does taste a lot smoother though :rotfl:

    I think I just about allow £10 for 70cl to make it to the list, on the Old Amsterdam Vodka, even though that has no 10% off (it's not sold in A). Even if... :mad::rotfl::rotfl:I was, it seems to me, looking in vain for that in my first store today (I spent a substantial time - probably nearly a minute - searching and looking at the shelves and looking at them again and just not finding it - before, eventually, I decided I'd better move on otherwise I'd never see anything else) - I think the 'main' store I used today is now OOS... but, fortunately, I found the product in my second store quite easily and wasn't left guessing as to whether it still was in some M somewhere and still at £10. To be fair, with this one, I would, had I not found it - and after all - I would probably have only been to two bigger stores today - and I suspect the smaller one, had I needed to go onto there, would not have stocked it - I would have made a judgement call on this particular product and kept it on the list, on the basis that first time I saw it I remember it said Trial price and had the new higher price starting date of 25 May I think - so, I would have thought this was still on. And, indeed, I can confirm it is - where you can find stock of it.

    That's this particular item. I tend not to make 'judgement calls' - I prefer to see everything, but sometimes it's not possible. And then I remove stuff sometimes, only to find it was there all along, when I next visit another store!:mad::rotfl: This particular one though, for that reason, I would have 'decided' it probably was still £10 and kept it on - or used msm to confirm that if it was on there - but, in the event, such a call was unnecessary as I saw the item and the price on it anyway today so, brilliant, found it!:T

    I'm afraid I can't decide that the Counter Mackerel was there when none of three stores had it (on Monday)! I did make a call to remove the Spare Rib Pork Chops though, as I did not see them on Monday - could not find them anywhere in any of the stores - but I felt it unlikely they were still going to be £2.49/kg - and anyway, probably too dear so remove them!:rotfl: Indeed, I notice they are not £2.49/kg anymore - I have seen them today, and they're now £4.99/kg!:eek: So, I made the right call (again!:D:p:rotfl::rotfl:).

    I bet there's some changes in Mr A prices on items I have on the list, and will probably look again at those at some time. In the meantime, if you spot any, do let me know. TIA.

    Meantime, I think that'll do for tonight:wave: (indeed, I do need to put the dishwasher on at some point:o:o:laugh:) but I will potter around on here occasionally and change a few A/T prices if I come across them.

    Goodbye:wave:.

    Yeah, the Tiramisu is the other one not showing mbuy in one of my stores. Someone had better sort out the chiller area in that store!:mad:

    I was going to say no need to buy two anyway as vs T, however I note T has put its price up to £1.30:(, but no need, small dessert tiramisus anyway and would be better, on price per kg, getting some of the larger ones (frozen ones) as that would give a lot more for the same price as the M mbuy price.

    Oh. Right!:D:rotfl::rotfl:
    I hadn't even got to the stage of looking at that but, no, if it's not there then obviously no 10% opp. I guess it would revert to 'buy in M' (if it was any good at that price anyway:D (shakes head:D:D):rotfl:).
