We are at exactly the same point then, I did first week 4 run yesterday morning so run 2 tomorrow. Managed far better than I expected considering a few weeks ago I was willing her to tell me that 60 seconds were up :o :rotfl:
I'll have to see if there's somewhere local that friends can recommend then. I was thinking that £40-50 would be treating myself  I might wait a bit longer, though part of me thinks it'll encourage me to stick with it if I've spent some money. All very :money: at the moment. Just spent a couple of £ on an armband to hold my phone.

I WAS ROBBED. Spent £4 on an armband for my phone, but I didn't get on with it. It felt like I was having my blood pressure taken, plus I wanted to see my phone whilst running using the C25K ap, so now I just have it in my hand.
Each week I think I won't be able to reach the next level of continuous running but I have so far. They really start to jump up each week now though. I'd still prefer to stay at a level for a month before moving up a notch
    The end is nigh

Got a lump in my throat reading your post.

You know those nights when there's nowt on the telly and you are feeling mellow with a voddie and coke, drop in and say hello.....I will miss you very much.

Unsure what I would do in your shoes. This thread is sooooooooo addictive.

    Look after yourself:A
Thanks TM, that means a lot coming from one of my all time favourites..:D

An elite :A has suggested a way in which I could still take part in all the elite shenanigans..:D

I'm off to Portugal for a fortnight on Saturday, however when I get back I will give it a bash and who knows..;)

You sound like my OH, he could build an HD recorder but he cannot programme one. If computers need to be set up after the cabling has been done I have to go along and do it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
