    I don't know if this is new or not

    chased a refund the other day from sada CC

    when I contacted CS they told me that all refunds over £15 have to be authorised.

    over £15 is automatically rejected by the system and you have to telephone :eek:

    I notice some people are on the new system
    And some on the old. I was on the new one :mad:

    Don't know if this will work for everybody but I get old by using a proxy server :D And new when I don't use a proxy :eek:
