Ive missed all of today but just backtracked to this from the quote.

Not sure why any company would advocate this. I buy a lot of dresses and I'd be well peed off to pay full price for something worn and re-labelled/re-packaged. Dry cleaned or not. At some of the prices paid.....I want something brand new.

I once had a dress from Dotty P that was obviously a return. It had make up all over the inside front where it had been pulled over someone's face _pale_ YUK! Fair play to them I got a voucher out of it when I complained

Little miss says the returns they get sometimes are horrendous. Stinking of smoke etc. Scraped high heels people are :eek:
