Good morning all. (yes I know it's afternoon there, but I'm working on caribbean time;))

DH has left me on my own for a few hours while he goes off hunting wildlife to photograph, so I have the lappy to myself for a change. :D

Lots to catch up on, but as I can't glitch unless it's for hd I'm tending to skim.
Hope you are all well. I see fc is off to hospital, and hope all goes well for you hun.
We've had a busy couple of days meeting with friends. We went to Half Moon Bay yesterday. Part of the beach is swamped with what they call 'sargasso weed'. There is tons of it, piled nearly 5 feet high where teams of workers are attempting to clear it. It is a thankless task, cos you can see loads more on it's way in when you look out to sea:eek:. Thankfully the corner where we like to go is almost weed free as it is sheltered by rocks. You can see why in the pic below.
We had a lovely day, lots of laughs and lots of nice drinkies:beer: see pic below for what we were drinking:D:rotfl:

We were so tired when we got in, a combination of drinkies and fresh air. It's nice to see my DH so relaxed and happy. He went out and took a couple of sunset pics to show you all

I'll be off to 'our' beach soon.:D
DH took this a couple of days ago

Hope you like the pics. Please tell me if you get fed up with seeing them. I won't be offended at all. Just thought after the goings on recently, a little light relief would be nice.

Hugs to all who need/want them.

I would never tire of these. Great you're having a lovely time! :T

:T certainly not fed up with your pics, they are wonderful carry on sending them- where did you say you were? Antigua?:):)
  •:drool:Naebbirac - you're just making me feel like I need an idyllic island break. I mean I REALLY need one. I've been looking at a cruise BUT we have so many doc/consultants visits & then waiting for operations time that we just can't do anything.:( As soon as we get some dates free we're off & hopefully, as it'll probably be last minute, we will get a great deal.

Ooh I forgot to say- lots of the reduced baby clothes in T's are scanning at a lower price than what the reduction ticket says.
I'm off to get lil stink now but I'll try to put up some piccy's when I get back. X

We have an old Apple TV that we pulled out of a customers house (used to be Pete Townsend's) and I keep meaning to have a go at setting it up, any pointers as to where to look please? And what does it do?

Easiest is to go onto youtube, and they talk you through setting it up. If you cant be bothered, and it is an appleTV 2 they go for really good money on ebay. Last time i looked it was about £200.

Yes. We come here every year. It's like coming home for me cos I grew up here. DH loves it too.

Snap, love your clematis pics, what a lovely specimen. Is it scented?

    Hiya itch for a glitch.
Have you tried putting extra cheese on top? I whack on cheddar, Mozzerella and parmasan and it tastes amazing. X
Hi, I dont think I will get any more, I'm anticipating a freezer type glitch, I had taken to putting the flat breads in a seperate bag and leaving them in a prominent position, in the vain hope some employee might pop them back on the aisle.
