Dove Vitality - Prize not recieved

Hello,

Has anyone else been messaged by Dove on Twitter to say they have won a vitality pack and to confirm their address, but haven't received the prize or even a response after confirming their address?

How long ago did you win?

It might be that they had a lot of winners, they get their details and them pass them on to someone else (PR company) who deals with the sending of the prizes. This is what happened with the recent Lottery Twitter games, I won a scratchcard, sent them my address and then didn't hear a thing for weeks when some other other company got in touch to confirm my address.

I won one and haven't received mine yet either, but there were 50 of them in total so it may take longer for them to be sent. I sent them a tweet thanking them after I'd sent my address and they favourited that, so I'm thinking they just weren't sending replies back to the winners as their were so many of them

Same here, i think it will be a while yet as they usually wait till all the address are in then send them out.

Not received mine yet either but I always wait at least 28 days before contacting a company.

Not received mine either, still waiting, I thought I'll wait 1 month before chasing! Glad to know i'm not the only one

Yeah, as mentioned, there were 50 winners so maybe that's taking a while to gather all info etc....Just thought I'd check as I am still relatively knew to this and this is only my 2nd win so just wondering what other people's experiences are of waiting for prizes

Think mine may have come today! But I can't know for sure as my postman left in in the outhouse/shed/thing, and for the life of me I cannot open the damn door to it. No amount of pulling, wiggling, and hammering has worked so far. It is well and truly stuck. Nothing else as far as I know is meant to be arriving, so hopefully everyone else's should be following! :T

EDIT: Victory is mine! Pried it open with some shears, and it is the Dove. So happy days!

Yay! Mine did arrive today gave them my rents address as my mum is around usually in the day and she rang me to let me know......also she told me I had another win! Then I checked my emails and found out I won something else....will post about that Happy days!
