Make money from my House and Car

HI all,
I'm new to the forum. I have read some great ideas and hope to add a few of my own. I have been trying to earn extra cash for the past few years, can't say I have been hugely successful. I work 2 good jobs, 7 days a week(give myself one weekend off a month-sometimes). Ideally I would like to work from home, for so many reasons, one huge reason is so that I can get a dog. Would love a dog(have tried persuading my employers to let me bring a dog to work - hahaha!).
So anyway, I have just purchased my first house and first car, at the age of 30 - not too bad, for a London resident and working non stop for the past five years, to finance it all!
I'm trying to slow down a little and have more time for myself. I want my house and car to make money for me. These are some ideas that I have:
Get paid to have advertising on my car.
Get paid to have advertising on my house.
Car Share.
Rent out my loft as storage space.
Does any one have any advice on these ideas, like which are the best companies for getting paid to put ads on my car. Or does anyone have any great ideas I haven't thought of yet?
