Hi,
Did anyone by any chance watch and write down the ingredients for Jamie Olivers Tomato Salad or the Sausage Ragu from this weeks Jamie at Home episode?
I watched the programme and thought i'd remember them, unfortunately i've had a sleep since then and my memory has gone on it's holidays!
Tried googling for them but no joy.....

correct me if i'm wrong but i'm sure if went some thing like this...

olive oil in a large baking tray, fry off some pancetta
add the toms, roast for a bit
rip the skins off the toms by hand whilst still in tray,
push the sausages and the herbs into the tom mixture (toms should still be whole not like a sauce)
    roast again for a while.

sorry didn't get times just hope this helps

I love Jamie Oliver, but this one albeit good, seemed a bit putup, a bit too staged, as though he was trying to be his usual casual way but seemed like it was put on for the camera

His past stuff seemed more off the cuff and he seemed a bit uncomfortable _ perhaps it was just me

But that Tomato salad did love very nice

I must say that I did really enjoy Rick Stein. He seems such a lovely man and so understated compared with the likes of Jamie.
