Hi,
Has anyone else had a mortgage application approved by Clydesdale Bank and through a Mortgage Broker?
If so, how long did it take to get your mortgage approved from submitting your application?
Feel like ours has been going on for ages....
Offer accepted on house
26/2 submitted application
12/3 AIP
14/3 Valuation/Survey arranged
26/3 Results back and further surveys reports requested
22/4 Additional surveys done
24/4 Reports received and sent to broker
27/4 Broker sent to bank
8/5 Still waiting feedback
It's driving me crazy....
