Another Letter any help please

Morning all

I have just received a letter from a DCA JB debt recovery acting for another DCA Robinson Way. I beleive its for an old credit card debt (unfortunately not over 6 years old) giving me 7 days to pay £2061 or face legal action, the usual stuff.
Would the letter asking for the original credit agreement be appropriate or is there another template letter for credit card debt?
Hope somebody can help
cheers

Offer them what you can afford - if they say no, then let them take you to court - No judge will force you to pay more than you can afford, and any Court order will be just as binding on JB as it is on you.
There are some excellent template letters, that you can use, on the National Debtline website: http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk

    Good luck
