Mortgage Advice Needed

Options
Hello,

I have a flat with £160,000 outstanding on the mortgage. It has bee valued at £240,000

I currently rent this out for £975 a month

I am currently on Bank of Ireland First Start Mortgage with SVR of 4.5 and paying £850.00 a month

Are there any mortgage lenders out there who will allow me to re-mortage this to a better deal and at the same time keep this in the background and let me acquire another property to live in ?

Any help, guidance or introductions to mortgage brokers would be appreciated.

Yes, it would be a buy to let (BTL) mortgage you need.

The rent is a little bit on the borderline as acceptable by some lenders but im sure there will be lenders who will accept it at better rates than 4.5%.

I think it is probably one for a broker though.
