Endowment policy mis - sold

Hello does anyone out there know if I took out an endowment in 1983 and cashed in in 2008 it is too late to claim ppi the policy is now cashed in but wasn't told when I took out a loan on it the interest I would pay, they stopped the loans due to this I think , I cashed in the policy in 2008 due to my husband death otherwise would still have it, do they count the date took out thanks

Endowments and PPI are two completely different things.
If you made a "death claim" against the policy, then it doesn't matter if it was mis-sold or not. The money you got from the claim will be more than any mis-sale might have cost you.
Plus, it's almost certainly too late to claim. Even if it isn't too late, I don't think you'd get any money even if you won.0
