As I established in my last post, EHIC is not relevant to me nor does it matter. MissMoneypenny was giving me information for a visitor an I am not here visiting I am living here.
So her information and link are not valid in my situation. The link I posted is relevant to me and it says:
"The NHS is a residence-based healthcare system, so if you move to England permanently or return to live in England permanently, you're entitled to free NHS hospital treatment."

You are a visitor until such point you have legally obtained permanent residence. To do such requirements need to be met, such as income or self sufficiency which requires CSI ;)

Update that might stop this argument.
    Re: signing on for JSA
I am not eligible for income based JSA because hubby is working. I can only claim contribution based, however since I haven't worked in UK before I can't get any money. What I can do is keep signing on and get NI paid into I believe? That's what the lady said.

I decided that since I am looking for work anyway that going down to Job Centre once a week to sign on is worth getting the NI paid into.

That all being said I had a job interview yesterday and today I got a verbal job offer (I was told they are sending the letter of job offer out tomorrow).
It isn't anything fancy and it will be a 2 mile walk to work but I am really happy to get this.
Just have to wait for a police check to be done before I can start working.
