Hi I am enquiring for a family member. She
wishes to buy using the Help to Buy Scheme. Does anyone know how that works for self employment? I know that you need to have at least 2 years of accounts but how do they work out multiples with regards to borrowing? Any advice would assist as I know she only draws a small amount from the business.
Thanks
