Mkpd

hello all. Just wanted to thank all who gave us some advice about mkpd. They were threatening to take my son to court over an overdraft debt which they could not prove. It has been going on for a while and the last letter from them was one that said we will see you in court.

We wrote back saying "prove it--because you never have and we look forward to seeing you in court". We had kept all correspondence, including thier letter which said they could not provide statements and we were to find them ourselves! We have not heard from them again--probably about 6 weeks ago.

Today my son looked at varoius credit checks and the marks etc placed by mkdp have all gone and his credit score has shot up. Not quite sure if this means that they have given up or its just another tactic but hope this might be the end of it. So---onec again, thanks all, particularly fermi.

Good stuff, they won't admit defeat, you just won't hear from them again, hopefully !!!!!!
