how long did it take you to go bankrupt

ours is taking ages going through cab but funding is taking along time

    It's taken me since about jan/feb this year to finally get everything sorted out and go bankrupt...which is today, so about 8 months, but I did a lot of planning and checking into BR before I commited myself!
    Bankrupt 14/08/07, Early discharge granted 14/02/07...exactly 6 months later :D

    Took me from Jan to march this year..spent a couple of weeks filling in forms online checking everything & checking again...think the problem with funding & the CAB is they are so stretched & maybe more people are applying for help with costs?
    I eat trolls for breakfast :cool:

    A couple of months. It felt longer. In that time I had 3 lengthy appointments with CAB so I think I was pretty fortunate in that regard.

    I suppose from my first time i checked CCCS website where they recommended BR its taken about 4 months, and its still not complete, but i'm in court next Tuesday.
    It took me a good 9 hours plus to just fill in the forms
    The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter :(
