RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.xfm.co.uk/terms-conditions/ apply to Wayward Pines on XFM Network radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 08/05/2015 at to 14/05/2015 at 23:59 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is the XFM Network.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.xfm.co.uk/, register their details and answer a question. Online entry will open at 06:01 on the 08/05/2015 and close at 23:59 on the 14/05/2015
4. 1 x winner will be selected at random from all correct eligible entries and will be contacted by Global Radio within 7 days of the close of the competition.

Eligibility:
5. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
6. The winner must be over 18 years of age. The winner must have all appropriate consents (such as landlord's consent) to install the services. If consent is not given then the prize will be forfeited. The prize is non-transferable and there will be no cash alternative

10. Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below)
11. 1 x 12 month subscription to Sky’s full TV package
12. The Prize will be subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below)
13. The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):
14. If you are a winner, you will be required to enter into three (3) subscription contracts (one Sky digital, one Sky+ and one Sky+HD subscription contract).
15. After your 12 months' free viewing, unless you cancel or change your package, giving 31 days or more notice, standard subscription charges will apply (see www.sky.com for details).
16. Sky+ subscription is included in your Sky TV subscription and is required to use the Personal Video Recorder features of the Sky+HD box. You will need Sky professionally installed even if you already have a minidish. Costs may apply for non-standard set-up.
17. You must keep your Sky+HD box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line. If you need a minidish you will be responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord's) before installation Multiroom is not included in the Prize.
18. Existing Sky customers will receive Sky’s top TV package free for 12 months, an upgrade to a Sky+ HD box. Sky will contact you to arrange installation of the your Prize. You must redeem their Prize within one year. Failure to make an installation application within this time period could result in loss of Prize.
19. If you have a previous uncleared debt with Sky, you will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared. There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
20. Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
21. Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner’s Prize. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize.
22. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
23. There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

28. Sky reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or an element thereof) for an equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
29. Sky reserve the right to refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if in the reasonable view of the Promoter the entrant's current or past conduct is (or has been) inappropriate, unlawful or offensive or is likely to bring the Promotion into disrepute. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to another entrant. The Promoter shall exercise this right where reasonably instructed to do so by Sky.
30. Global Radio will need to share the winner's personal details with Sky and its authorised agents for the purpose of administering the Promotion and for no other reason.

31. The Competition and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and that entrants irrevocably agreed that the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Competition.
32. Global reserve the right to substitute the prize at their absolute discretion.
