Tipping Vendors etiquette

Hi,

I have several vendors booked for our wedding in August next year and am wondering who I should tip and how much?

I have seen some wedding planning websites that advise a 10-25% tip to each vendor and a personal gift to the photographer but have been advised these are American websites and its not the done thing here.

I have a Caricaturist, Crepe Van, Band, Photographer, Hair dresser, make up artist, florist, wedding car chauffeur and Photobooth.

I would really appreciate advise on who I should tip and how much??

I'm interested in this too! I think I would tip my hairdresser/make up person, but how much should it be? I don't think I would tip a florist as I wouldn't tip when buying flowers, but I would tip my hairdresser after a haircut.

Also, our wedding car will be paid in advance - I'm not planning on stashing cash in my wedding dress to tip the driver when I get out of the car.
