I've just taken a look at my bank balance and I am scarily near my overdraft limit. All the bills are paid and I have stuff in the freezer, it's just that after a long day at work I don't always feel like cooking.
I don't necessarily need ideas on what to do with it (although they are of course welcome!) I just need to shame myself into cooking it. So here goes, there are 3 of us but my DS is rarely home and I need to take lunches for work. I plan to delete or cross out the stuff on the list as I've cooked it...
3 x chicken tikka masala ready meals
2 x Ginsters steak bakes
1 x YS beef lasagne
1 x YS fish pie
1 x cauliflower cheese
1 x YS mashed potato
1 x YS rummpledethumps
10 x sausages
3 x bags vegetable rice
Half a bag of potato wedges
Half a bag of hash browns
1 x spaghetti bolognese ready meal
1 x YS pack of mince
Another half bag of hash browns
1 x bag of scampi
5 x chicken breast fillets
1 x spiced chicken with potatoes ready meal
Half a bag of parsnips
A bag of part boiled potatoes
12 x frozen yorkshire puddings
A bag of sweetcorn
A bag of peas
A bag of carrots
A pack of butter
In the cupboard I have:
4 tins of tuna
Coconut milk, Thai green curry paste and noodles (to go with 2 of the chicken breasts)
2 x tins of beans
1 x tin of chopped tomatoes
1 x jar of bolognese sauce
1 x tin of chilli
1 x tin of ratatouille
1 x bag of past
1 x bag of spaghetti
1 x microwave rice
In the fridge:
A pack of cherry tomatoes
2 x large flat mushrooms
Small piece of cheese
In the veg basket:
Onions
Garlic
3 x jacket potatoes
1 x red pepper
At work:
Porridge
Cup a soups
I think I will start by taking the fish pie to work for lunch tomorrow as it's been there for ages and none of us seem to fancy it so if I start there at least it's out of the way!

No advice but wants to say it looks pretty good! At least your NSD list is gonna be healthy ;-)
Good luck, you can do it0
