LLOYDSTSB passed me on..

to a DCA called MHA collections.Have figured it has been them from Preston trying to get in touch with me.

Has anyone had any dealings with them? bricking it now thinking it is one of the nasty DCA's.

Have informed PAYPLAN of this,waiting for a response from them.

    They are Lloyds own company by the looks of it never had any experience with them personally. Lloyds cocked up so much they committed themselves to a year with me.

    Have you any idea what type of debt it is for?
    Overdraft, credit card, loan?

    What type of debt it is for will assist us in advising you what to do next.

    It would be interesting to know what PayPlan say about it. Creditors are frequently agreeing payment schemes then selling the debt on cos that way they get certain tax benefits.

    Have you received any Notice of Assignment from the Original creditor? By law they must inform you.

  • It is a creditcard debt.I got a statement through today telling me that they have instructed a DCA called MHA collections. I haven't received any thing else from them.
