    We are taking a mortgage with Accord, via a broker, and they have been fine so far. Offer was issued with no quibbles within a week or so of applying (although we haven't completed yet, so there is still time I guess). As somebody indicated above, their % rate wasn't the greatest but this was offset by the low product fee and cashback.

    My only casual observation was that they only appeared willing to lend me just over 3x my gross salary, which seems a little stingy to me. It didn't affect me on this occasion but it may be an issue for somebody who needs to stretch a bit further to get the house they want.
