Divorce costs

Hello,
I have been BR since Feb and would like to start divorce proceedings against my ex wife. My OR has notified me that I cannot pay for this from my IPA expenses so was wondering what my options are.
If I save from my expenses, won't the OR want to know how I've accumulated so much disposable income? Are there any other options available?
Thanks for your help.

What the OR means is that, the Divorce costs cannot be claimed as an expense on your SOA.
However, the OR takes no interest in exactly what your other claimable allowances on.
There is nothing to prevent you making savings from within your own SOA, and putting them aside. No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
Hi,
Are you likely to gain anything financially from the divorce?
