TUPE Regs

Hi

Is there a rule within the TUPE regs that says the TUPE regs can only apply in less than 4 company changes?

In other words, if your company has been taken over 4 times, are the original TUPE regulations still applicable?

There is no such rule. From a practical point of view how would the 5th company know?

    Thank you.
