cleaning paint off thermoplastic tiles

My friend is moving into a new apartment, the floor is thermoplastic tiles and there are showers of paint from a roller all over it. She cannot afford to carpet it, so I need to try and get the paint off..........any suugestions, I usually use brillo pads, but its quite a big floor and I could use several packets, apart from the damage to my knees. The paint as far as I know is emulsion.............

All suggestions gratefully recieved..............
September grocery budget........trying for £80, not sure if I will make it though!!!!! I certainly did not last month, lost track of the final bill. Will do better this month honest.

    Hi Csarina
I'm sorry I don't think there is any other way other than elbow grease, I had a similar problem when we moved in here & couldn't find any way of shifting paint.
