Direct Debit
Opens 01/10
How to enter
Once you have switched one or more of your regular payments to Direct Debit, just enter the details to tell us about it. You'll be entered into a Prize Draw with the chance to win £5,000.
Reading the T&Cs I can't see that you have to prove that you have switched from a different payment method to paying by direct debit. It seems that you will only be asked to prove that you have set up a direct debit (e.g. DDI Advance Letter).
This is a quarterly draw with the current draw running 01/10 to 31/12

From T&C
The winner may be required to prove to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, for example by submission of a copy of the direct debit advance notice or confirmation from the biller, that a Direct Debit was made by the Entrant in the competition period.Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.
Virtuous action, now, at this very moment.
(Wisdom, Courage, Self-control, Justice)
Willing acceptance - now, at this very moment - of what you can’t change0
