CT - Evaluation office maintains band is correct following MSE advise (Pls help)and I apologise if im doing this wrong , im new to the forum and not sure where to post this...done a search and this came up???

We've been living in same block of flat for some 10 yrs now ( we are LA tenants) - last year i used the latest 2010 hse price figure of my neighbour opposite found on zoopla and the 1990 price of the time to assess our banding with MSE calculator....it firmly placed us in a band "A banding".

We then wrote to the evaluations team who soundly refused our assessment as not correct saying MSEs calculator could not have been right hence they decided NOT to put our case forward for a review...

Im wondering if we stand a fighting chance in having this properly been looked at, if so by whom and where i can get some proper support as im not sure where else to go and what to do next.
