    What does your broker say?

Might want to clarify the fixed tracker. Is it a fixed rate or a tracker rate?

Do you want a short deal or a tracker that goes on for as long as you want?

Do you want to start looking at another remortgage in 2 years when rates may well have gone up.
What rate are you paying now ?
Long term tracker or long term fix !

So for £499 you can cut 2.25% off your mortgage rate.
Use " whatsthecost " to work out how much less you will pay each month.
The lifetime tracker looks good But I would carry on paying your current mortgage payment and therefore pay off the mortgage quicker
