Hey Everyone!
I'm currently looking at buying a house with my girlfriend.
I do however have a 5 year old default on my account for £42.00 which has been settled.
I also have some payday loans which I took out around 2 years ago, again all settled.
My Girlfriends credit score is spot on with no missed payments.
We have saved a 15% deposit.
What do you think the chances of getting a mortgage are>?.

Based on the above only... you can get a mortgage tomorrow. Getting a mortgage at normal rates I would be 90% sure of.
