Hi, I'm still a noob so can't post links but I've found this job on indeed and wondered if anyone knew about this company. They're called "Call Catcherz Elite Ltd" and this is a C+P of the advert...

Agents required to work from home to take inbound customer service calls for large UK companies.

The desired agent will be trained up to deal with our clients one at a time and only if you choose to train up on a further client then this would be a decision you can make.
Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential
Applicant must be over 18 years of age
Must have home Phoneline and PC/Laptop

Our Clients needs are vast and they maybe Customer Service Calls regarding Satellite TV or Utility Inquiries/Breakdown Calls/Digital Hardware/Holiday Companies.

This is a Self Employed Position with a highly flexible schedule to choose your own hours, please do check out rules and entitlement to act as a self employed agent"
HMRC Website is good for checking.

There is a bear minimum of 15+ hours to be worked each week unless advising of holiday/time away.
Training is deployed online for all our clients as we embrace virtual e-learning and webinar training with a live online instructor.

Ideally have good English skills both written and verbal.
Would suit Mums/Dads/Students or Semi Retired
Established contractual work usually with a 3 month rolling contract.
Most of our clients have been running for 18 months or more.

AFAIK Call Catcherz are a genuine company - they are a 'homeshored' call centre for clients in the UK. You do have to pay for some training and a DBS check upfront. I don't know much more than that, but I have seen 'stuff' about them across the web before - they do seem genuine, not a scam. (Although their spelling and grammar in their adverts leaves a bit to be desired...) I think they're fairly new, only starting up in the last few years.

BUT, I say that from what I've seen online and other forum discussions, not from any experience. So if anyone has experience of working for them, they'll know a lot more than me!
