£2.25 on lunch. I would have made my own this morning, but I managed to turn my alarm off rather than on snooze, so woke up got dressed and got straight in my car!
Last night I finally got round to programming the digital timer for my living room. I have it set up that my PVR is on all the time (to record up to 2 channels on timer) and everything else (TV, Xbox, wireless router, DVD player) is on a timer so it's only on stanby for a few hours in the evening.Student Loan Company Ltd: 17,805 (2.8%) Overdraft: 500 (Interest free)

Hi all,
It's a nsd day for me - so far this week I've only spent £1.70. I've got a brand new £20 note in my purse that I really don't want to break into! If I don't it'll be going into my savings account!
Lets keep it low!
CxSealed pot challenge 2009 - target £750. Dec - April £275
April NSD - 15/200 -
£3 on bloomin wheelie bin cleaning I missed him two weeks ago so have to pay a months payment!
Worth it though our bin stinks like a cider farm we have an old cooking apple tree in the garden and the apples are already falling and then the birds get them so no use. Will pick some this weekend to make pie.0 -
:hello: Hi Pap and all,
£2 max on posting a book swap and 55p on the local paper (with jobs & houses in).
Poss a £5 back support in Lidl tonight if they have any as Mum can't get used to her new car.
Will resist the baked potato and beans for lunch at the sarnie place even though it's better on my diet than the sarnie I bought with me!

Hi PaP - I'm at home all day as I seem to have developed a STINKING cold, runny nose, cough, stinging eyes - it may be a return of my hay fever, but I thought that would be finished by now.
Anyway - the plus side is that I won't be spending anything. :j :j
(said with feeling. )I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

awww rog get well soon0 -
Shame about the cold rog. I have a slight dilemma. I'm going to take the kids to the park later and I know they will ask for an icecream. If I say no then I will achieve a NSD, if I say yes then it will cost aroung £4.80. What do I do?
So far we have done nothing this holiday apart from the park and Plymouth Hoe (although we did go to France at half term and it is DD's party tomorrow which will cost a LOT). Okay I think I may have talked myself out of it. I shall say no and give them a home made lolly when we get home.
Took a long time to get to the point but a NSD for me today! Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
