Payplan DMP - What are their steps/stages to arrange and make your plan ??

When considering a Dept Management plan with payplan, what are the stages of how things are done, in a 1) 2) 3 format please?

eg

1) you make a list of your debts on a paper, with the debt company + amount of debt

2) You phone payplan, with this list

3) you give them a list of income/expenditure,

4) next?

next?

What other stages? Please list them, 5, 6, 7, etc...
In terms of them
-making a plan,
-sending you signed documents in the post,
- and the plan actually starting?
- The creditors writing to you, to confirm the plan (if they need to?)
-etc,

(can you also give approx timeframes for each of the stages too, please)

also, how long for the whole plan to get up and going, from the moment they get the 1st phone call from the debtor ? (giving the income/expenditure)

    Hi,

Why don't you ring Payplan and ask them, as your questions are really too specific.
Or why don't you look on there website ?

Theirs lots of info on there.

Go to StepChange who are a debt charity. There are no charges whatsoever unlike other companies offering DMP. They set it up for me quickly and with no problems.
